Pac Mate and Jaws question

I have a jaws demo and I want to make my pac mate as the actavation to make jaws run as a full vursion. There is a command that actavates remote mode, I have called freedom scientific twice. They told me to go to the pac mate desktop and do it that way. But I know their is a command to do it a different way, I think it has a R in it. If anyone knows what this command is please let me know.

you can try either insert s, r on a qx or s chord, r on a bx.
